Itineraries
Itineraries. If you have got an hour or two free before or after lunch, you can visit the nearby building where the yearly Wine Exhibition is held every spring, the Merotto Graziano wine cellar, where the owner Graziano with his friendly boxer's face, will offer you a glass of Olchera or the delicate sparkling wine "Primavera di Barbara".

If however, you wish to temper your spirit and go for a nice walk, just a few yards from the hotel you can find the 13th century church of St. Vigilio (which can be visited with the assistance of the Arman family, who live just a short distance away) and where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the village.

You can see the other lovely, round church, dedicated to St. Martin which holds the urn for those miraculously healed by the Saint, and the antique walls of Credazzo, in the nearby village of Farra di Soligo, an ancient fort that was renovated by the severe but friendly architect Barbin from Treviso and which, it seems, was used to control the movements of our valley in symbiosis with that of Collalto. Just a few hundred yards from the restaurant, there is a small but excellent butcher's, Massimo Damuzzo still helped by his father Luigino, often buying his meat from local breeders and producers of unequalled "musetto". After filling your pantry, you can satisfy your vanity and go to see the rare and original jewellery in the Sirio workshop, in Via B. Mazzini, created by the eccentric designer Giovanna Ronfini. Since 1996, we have been part of the group of 6 restaurateurs "Intavolando" and the "Marca Trevigiana" group of restaurateurs.
